MY EXPERIENCE IN THE ENGLISH CLASS

Hi, this is my video about my neighborhood. I hope you like it :D Hi, My name is Raquel Millones and I'm administration student. I live in Los Olivos, my neighborhood is Villa Sol, it's an excellent place. There are two beautiful and clean parks. There is one big market called Tottus, my family an I go shopping there. There are two mini markets called Tambo and Mass. There are many restaurants where they cook deliciously. There are some pharmacies for example Inkafarma and Mifarma. Within the urbanization, it's a safe place but around it I must be careful because it´s a little bit dangerous. In my neighborhood there is a small church and there are two schools, one is very close to my house. In a nutshell I'm very lucky to live in that gorgeous area. In this opportunity we learned about the simple past. The teacher gave us exercises where we had to complete the sentences with the correct word. After that, we learned to say and write the parts of our body in English. To practice, we sang the song of Ed Sheeran and identified the parts of our body that are mentioned in the song. Some parts of our body that we learned to write and say were: eyes, cheeks, brain, hands, fingers, legs, foot, head, etc. Then, we talk about the places that I can find in my neighborhood like hair salon, pet shop, malls, butcher, pharmacy, etc. To learn more, she left me the task to describe my neighborhood and what places are nearly, and I wrote this: Hello, My name is Raquel Millones and I live in Los Olivos, my neighborhood is Villa Sol, it's an excellent place. Today, I didn't have English class. The teacher, Gabriela Rodriguez del Aguila, couldn't go because she has medical rest. What happened was that yesterday, in the middle of the class, she felt a big pain and had to go to the hospital. I hope she gets better and I appreciate that she let us know that she wouldn't come by whatsapp message. I can't wait for the next class to continuous learning the English language.

This time the lesson was in the classroom 06. The teacher arrived early and start putting Ed Sheeran's song again, so that we remember the verb in past. After this, she explained to us how to make a blog. On this blog we'll put everything we do in class. Then, the teacher taught us how to write the verbs in past and made us write sentences with this but in two different ways, positive form and negative form. My sentences are: I drank quinoa today for breakfast I didn't drink coffee today for breakfast Then, she told us a story that she had in the past and with this example, we form groups to tell stories that had happened to us, next we choose one of them to act in front of the class. My first day of class started at 8 o'clock. My English teacher arrived and introduced herself, her name is Gabriela Rodriguez del Aguila, she is kind, understandable and I got the impression that she would be a good teacher and we'll learn a lot with her. Then, she told us the importance of English in the world. She taught us the class's rules like be responsible, keep the order in class; and also the necessary expressions that we must use in the right moments. Later, she continued making us remember what we learned last cycle like the "verb to be".  After all the introduction, the class started with the verb in past, for this, she put Ed Sheeran's song, " perfect ", for us to sing it and then we made a dynamic dance so than we can differentiate and practice the verb in past, I have to say that this dance was really funny, it made us that we pay attention to the lyrics of the song.
